By understanding how pricing works in the real estate market, sellers can price their homes accordingly and ensure they receive the highest possible price for their property. To get the most money for the house, it is important to know the prices of comparable properties in the area. This will give a good idea of what buyers are willing to pay for a similar home. Additionally, it is important to stage your home in a way that attracts potential buyers. This can significantly affect the final selling price of the home. Working with an experienced and reputable real estate agent ensures that home sellers get the best possible price for the home. I think one of the most important things I bring to my salespeople is to listen during an initial consultation to make sure I fully understand their needs. Next, I recommend that sellers meet with me early, even before doing any projects that the seller assumes are necessary because some may take too much time or money. Finally, once the plan is in place, we bring in my best team to complete the vendor-approved projects so the curb appeal and overall experience is spectacular! »
